Step 1 - 8 Weeks
8-12 pieces of 2mg gum a day or 4-6 pieces of 4mg gum a day.

Step 2 - 2 Weeks
4-6 pieces of 2mg gum a day or 2-3 pieces of 4mg gum a day.

Step 3 - 2 Weeks
1-2 pieces of 2mg gum a day or 1-2 pieces of 4mg gum a day. Gradually reduce to zero.
